Don’t know what to book?

While we have a pretty comprehensive list of our services and what they entail, sometimes you’re not sure if you’ll need multiple services or if previous work on your hair will mean more appointments. Not sure what to book or maybe you don’t have a clear idea on what will work best? That’s no problem, a free consultation can be booked online so we can make the perfect plan!

Is a deposit required?

We do not require a deposit for appointments, however all clients are required to provide a card on file to hold your spot in case of a late cancellation fee. We do not hold any funds, however failure to cancel your appointment by 24 hours will result in a cancellation charge. Details on our cancellation policy can be found in the “Cancellation & Safety” page.

How should i prepare for my appointment?

We ask that all clients come with hair washed within 48 hours, oil build up can interfere with your color process. We suggest avoiding clothes with high necklines (IE sweatshirts& turtlenecks), however if you do wear something high, we provide robes you can exchange your top for.

Do you do CHILDREN'S hair?

The short answer is no, however you can use your best judgement on this one. We ask that you please consider whether your child can handle the salon environment and is comfortable with the services being provided. We do not offer discounted rates for cuts on younger clients, so whether you’re 5 years old or 50 the price will be the same.

What should i bring to my appointment?

Just you is all that’s required! However if you have reference photos, we’d love to see them. We provide snacks and drinks at the salon, and if you have a longer appointment you are free to order a meal in for delivery. A good book for while you process is also a great idea!

Cell phone policy?

We ask that clients keep their phones on vibrate while they’re in the salon. You can feel free to scroll to your hearts desire, but if you’re watching any videos or need to take a call we kindly request that you bring headphones or step outside.

Do I need an appointment?

We do accept walk in’s, however we can’t guarantee there will be a stylist available for your service. We suggest if you’re looking for a same day appointment that you give us a call!

Parking and directions?

We are located at the corner of Kentucky& Barret, which is on a one way street. We suggest going to Brent or Vine and coming up Kentucky towards Barret Ave to utilize our street parking. Please do not park in the lots for surrounding businesses.
